    All services provided by Sidispinnt www.sidispinnt.ch for the client are exclusively based on the following General Terms and Conditions.<\/p><\/li>

  • Conclusion of contract<\/div>

    This is concluded by the customer's order and the subsequent order confirmation by e-mail from Sidispinnt. <\/p><\/li>

  • Products \/ Offer<\/div>

    All information about the items in the shop is non-binding. These are hand-dyed and hand-made items and colour variations may occur. Individual colours can be re-dyed on request; however, Sidispinnt cannot guarantee that a re-dye will produce the exact shade of the original colour. <\/p><\/li>

  • Prices<\/div>

    The prices valid on the day of the order apply. Prices are subject to change without notice.\n<\/p><\/li>

  • Payment<\/div>

    Cash, credit and debit cards accepted at collection. Excludes postcard.\nA payment slip is enclosed for orders under CHF 300 on account. This is payable within 30 days. Please state your name and the invoice number as the purpose of your transfer so that we can allocate the receipt of payment to your order.\nFor orders over CHF 300, payment in advance is required.\n<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div>

    • Delivery times<\/div>

      All items are delivered immediately if available from stock. The delivery time within Switzerland is usually up to 7 working days.\nIf an item is not available at short notice, we will inform you by e-mail about the expected delivery time.\nSome items have a longer delivery time (e.g. order dyeing).\nIn the event of delays in delivery caused, for example, by force majeure, traffic disruptions and\/or orders from a higher authority as well as other events not caused by us, there shall be no claim for damages against Sidispinnt.<\/p><\/li>

    • Shipping<\/div>

      For Switzerland, the items will be sent by normal post. In case of large deviations (e.g. letter post), the difference will be amended on the invoice.\nIf you wish, we can send your order by A Mail. The costs are to be borne by the buyer.\nDelivery is at the risk of the buyer, transport damage must be reported immediately to the delivery service.\n\nTo all other countries, the actual costs incurred will be charged. Please note that customs charges may apply to deliveries abroad. The local customs or post office can provide information on this.<\/p><\/li>

    • Return policy<\/div>

      We will take back unused items in undamaged condition within 14 days of receipt. The buyer bears the shipping costs for the return. Please contact us before returning any items so that we can handle the return for you.<\/p><\/li>

    • Validity of the General Terms and Conditions<\/div>

      By placing an order, the General Terms and Conditions of Sidispinnt www.sidispinnt.ch are accepted. Verbal agreements require written confirmation. <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
