Care instructions: Hand-dyed yarns may bleed during the first few washes. Wash with a dash of vinegar to preserve the color. We recommend washing the yarn once before knitting.

Note: The colors may rub off onto your fingers while knitting due to friction; this will not happen when wearing the garment afterward. Additionally, the yarns may feel slightly stiff due to the vegetable dyeing, but this will quickly subside through working with the yarn, washing with vinegar, and wearing.

The blend of Swiss Mountain Silk and camel hair, spun by the Swiss company Cammenzind, makes the yarn indescribably soft and warm with a lustrous sheen. The camel hair gives the yarn a wonderful softness. Ideal for warm yet lightweight knits, such as shawls, scarves, or delicate sweaters that warm the heart.
The beautiful plant-based dyes are magically applied to the yarn by Seidenatelier Frei.
