In order to facilitate administration, we would be pleased if orders are placed exclusively via the online shop. If you have any questions, please contact us by e-mail. Support by telephone is not offered.
As we have a main job in addition to Sidispinnt, and due to the current situation, it is unfortunately not possible for us to ship more frequently.
The orders always leave the house on Wendnesday at around 9.00 am. To make sure that the desired order is sent along, it should therefore be placed before the deadline.
In the profile under "Orders", you can view your own order history and its status at any time.
Unfortunately, orders from the old online shop are no longer available because they could not be transferred.
In addition, when the status changes to "Sent", an e-mail is sent to the e-mail address stored.
We make sure that we do not stock Merino whose sheep have been exposed to mulesing. This is clarified with the distributor before purchasing. We also make sure that our merino wool does not come from Australia to minimise the risk.
Unfortunately, we cannot currently provide any certificates or a 100% guarantee.
Our own dyes are mainly produced on the basis of acid dyes. These are not vegetable dyes, but pigments that are bound to the proteins of the fibres with the help of acid. Through the heat and acid, the fibre absorbs the colour.
Oversaturation of the fibre can cause initial "bleeding" in hand dyeing.
Hand dyeing can generally bleed during the first few washes and thus discolour knits of great contrast. We recommend washing strong and dark colours warm with a little wool detergent before knitting with a light yarn.
Rubbing and strong fluctuations in water temperature should be avoided, otherwise felting may occur.
